Hickory Maple Sugar Seasoning was designed for meats, but we love it so much it goes on so many things! It has a flavor like BBQ potato chips; sweet with a bit of spicey cayenne and smoked hickory. Not a salty rub, but adding salt is easy if you’d like.
Uses: Porkchops, chicken, pulled pork, beef (ribs, burgers and roasts), veggies, stir fry, eggs, etc. My favorite uses: KABOBS! Grilled zucchini and grilled cauliflower (Rub a bit of olive out on the outside and sprinkle this seasoning on then grill)
